We have been negotiating quantifiably better rates for our clients for 20 years. As you know all rooms are not the same and - whenever possible - we get the best allocations for our clients.
What if something goes wrong?
We expect the unexpected when it comes to international travel! All the more reason to outsource the trouble-shooting and pandemic-proofing to us. With our wonderful global connections, we stand a very good chance of putting things put right. And unlike most online suppliers, you can rest assured you’ll get hold of us when you need to.
How do we pay?
With most hotel bookings you will give us a credit or debit card for confirmation purposes, no money is taken and you pay the hotel directly. We usually recommend during these uncertain times to book flexible rates as they come with a guaranteed cancellation policy. You can cancel and incur no charges. We can also arrange flexible rates which are usually cheaper but non cancellable and non changeable.
